The time-tables for the Connacht Indoors this weekend are as follows:-

Please note the following

  • On Sunday the U14 Girls Long Jump has been moved to 10am, with marks from 9.40am and all athletes in the relays will be asked to jump first in the groups.

  • The times are there only as an indication and the committee will take no responsibility for any athlete who fails to arrive at their event on time when called. The onus is upon the clubs to ensure their athletes are ready for their events.

  • As always track events take priority over field events if you are doing 2 events that clash. We will try to facilitate you all as best as we can, make sure that the athletes have checked in for both their events and they should be able to complete their trials in all except the high jump where the bar height will not be reduced.

  • Please advise all your parents and coaches that the canteen will be open on both days and that food and drink, other than water, is not permitted in the arena.

  • Max spike length is 5mm.

  • Bring your own pins.
