Best of luck to all of our athletes taking part this weekend in day 1 of the Galway Cross Country at Galway Racecourse , Ballybrit

The event can only proceed at Covid Level 1 or 2 restrictions and not if the county is at Level 3.

Entries are attached for reference. Please note only those adults who have advised via the entry form that they will attend with their child or as coach/ official or as athlete themselves may attend . Please note NO others except officials added will be permitted entry.
All attendees (athletes, specators, coaches, officials) need to fill out the form below and bring with you to hand in at the event:-

We need all athletes and others attending to check in with this NO ENTRY without doing so.

Please print and complete and bring with you, one per person must be filled out

Please respect all relevant guidelines. Note that nobody can use the actual Racetrack at any stage or will be asked to leave.

Entrance to course via tunnel and stewards will guide you
Toilets on infield and first aid on site

Athletes can enter course 20 mins pre their event NO ACCESS BEFORE 

4 Time Blocks will be used  to allow for max numbers onsite under Covid rules, and course will be cleared out except officials after each block
