Race 2 : Tuam
Last night's Tuam 5k was an outstanding success - made all the better by the superb weather conditions and a challenging but thoroughly enjoyable new route.

Despite having run a very tough half marathon last weekend in Luxemborg, Brian O'Connor still had enough in the tank to take the race in Tuam - coming home in roughly 16:40, just ahead of a strong Timmy Glavey.   Brian has put in some savage training and it is really showing.  Most people were a bit slower this week apart from some notable exceptions like Johnny Lane who continued his progress with another PB.

We will post the full results for the Craughwell runners as soon as they are published.

Race 3: Craughwell - Help Wanted!
The next race in the series is next Tuesday and we will be hosting it in Craughwell.  We would like as many members of the club as possible to run the race, but we also need volunteers to help out with proceedings on the night.

If you will be available next Tuesday (13th May) night between 7:00 and 8:30, could you please send me an email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  We will need about 10 people in total to make it run smoothly.  Thanks a million!
