fatmarkTime to shed those Summer pounds!  Circuit training resumes on Monday 12th September at 8:30pm in St Michael's hall.  As it's indoors  hall, the numbers are limited on to a first come first-served basis to however many we can accomodate (about 60).  The cost is 60 eu per term (about 12 weeks) or free for fit4life members.  Registration will be available from 8:00pm on Monday the night.

For those not familiar with it, circuit training is a general-purpose aerobic/flexibility workout which helps with core strength and general fitness, followed by some stretching at the end.   It's done at your own pace and complements other forms of training such as running.  The format is two sets of circuits on 15 stations, with warm-up and cool-down
