Peter O'Sullivan put in a stellar performance in Glasgow today at the British and Irish International Masters Cross Country team event. Peter placed 13th in the M35 age group, helping Ireland to team victory by a single point ahead of the host nation Scotland. Martin Corcoran ran a fine race also to place 11th in the M45 race, finishing 5th of the Irish runners - a performance which gave Ireland 2nd place in the team event. With the scores of the different teams combined, Ireland took 2nd place overall behind England. A big well done to both men ... its great to see the club competing at the highest levels of competition both at home and abroad.
