We are now into our 4th week of Fit4life training is on every Wednesday evening at 7.30 and Saturday mornings at 9.00 at the track, well done everyone so far.

The lights are on at the track every evening all members are welcome to use these facilities. 

Don't forget Performance Coach training every Monday evening at 7.30 at the track, for all levels of running and distances.
