Circuit training comprises of a 12-week term on Monday nights at 8.30pm. It’s starts on Monday September 21st @ 20:30.in Craughwell Community Hall. 

The Fit4Life beginner program runs through the year on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
