Craughwell AC are holding an information evening for all club members, including Fit4Life members.

Tara Canning: Nutrition for runners.

Jamie Fallon: Training Plans for races.

This is free to all members.

We are pleased to announce the return of high performance director Sebastien Locteau for a 10 week training module starting Wednesday the 4th of October at 7.30 at the senior track. Suitable for all levels of running, the training is tailored to suit all grades and levels of running and distances.

All Members welcome.

The lights go on at the track at 7 every evening all members welcome. autumn training is as follows.

Tuesday 7.30 Meet and Train.

Wednesday 7.30 Seb's Training session.

Thursday 7.30 Fit4life.



Fit4life is back!

Fit4life is back Monday and Thursday evenings at Craughwell AC senior track at 7.30 both nights.

Registration will be from 6.30 to 7.30 Monday the 18th of September, training starts at 7.30 so wear your running gear.

€40 for 10 weeks training a 5k time trial at the end of term and a fitter, healthier, happier you.

We will also be selling club vests and hoodies on the same evening if anyone wants to order. We are looking forward to seeing old and new faces at the track, we are always looking for leaders for Fit4life please do not hesitate to contact any committee members to volunteer.


Craughwell AC half/full marathon, 26th of August 2017.

Course consists of 8 loops to make 26.2 miles, jones countered measured. 4 loops for half!

Changing Facilites available.

Start time is 9am, but we will facilitate an 8am start for anyone that wants, marathon only.

This is a low key, self sufficient event, no water on the course, please bring your own snacks and refreshments.
