This weekend's cross country takes place in Beleek, Ballina commencing at 1pm sharp with the U12 girls race. Its approximately a 2-hour journey but allow extra 15 minutes for getting lost! Athletes should aim to be there by noon. Remember that the clocks change on Saturday night!! Congratulations to Gerry Ryan who has been selected as captain of one of the Irish Masters teams to compete in the British & Irish Masters Cross Country in Santry on 13th November. Folks, Just a minor note on this in order to avoid embarassment to members when requested to leave the school grounds. We aren't permitted to use the track around the astroturf during school hours … up to 4.30pm on a school day. The original agreement between the school and the Craughwell Community Sports Group is that the school have exclusive use of the track and astroturf area each school day up to 4.30pm and CCSG schedule its usage after that.
