Jodie and Micheline have kindly organised a coffee morning this Friday to raise funds for community sports facilities, donating the proceeds to the Craughwell Community Sports Group which as you know include the athletic club. Please come along to support it sometime between 9am and 6pm tomorrow! All monies raised will be going towards facilities.

Congratulations to the Irish U23 cross country team who yesterday won Ireland's first ever team gold in the European Cross Country Championships. Just a quick update on this as 1 or 2 people have asked if its on since some greyhound meetings were cancelled last week. The good news is that Galway Greyhound Stadium is going ahead tonight – ice and snow have melted and roads are much improved So we hope that a big crowd can come tonight, If you haven't yet returned payment for the tickets but plan to go, come along and we can sort out the payment next…
