For those of us that find it easier to run in a group – which is pretty much all of us, it’s great to have regular local training sessions available.  Niall Callanan has just set up a session on Monday nights in Carrabane.  The group leaves at 7:45 sharp, will cover about 6 social miles, and all are welcome!.

Conor Gillen Places 4th in Glasgow

Hot off the press … Conor Gillen ran two back-to-back 1500s today at the Scottish U18 Indoor Chmpionships to place 2nd in his heat and 4th in the final. Running in in the last heat around 3.40pm, Conor had to place in the top 2 for an automatic qualifing place in the final.
