Sinead Treacy, Silver Medallist in the U17 Girls 200m Sineád Treacy completed a hat-trick of National medals from the National finals hen adding a silver medal in the 200m in a blistering time of 25.64. This brings her haul to 3 when added to the 2 bronze medals she won a week ago in 100m and long jump. Craughwell U12 4x100m Relay Teams The National relay finals took place on Saturday where the club had 5 teams in action. There were no medals on this occasion in the club relays where the teams put in some Trojan performances and in most cases were significantly faster than their Connacht times.

Club Chairperson Mark Gillen presenting Nicholas Sheehan and Damien O’Boyle with training grants on their selection for the Irish team for the Schools International Track & Field The Schools International took place in glorious weather conditions in Santry last Saturday where both Nicholas and Damien make their international debut.
