Registeration for the final term of fit 4 life for 2013 will be held at St. Michael’s Hall Craughwell on Monday 2nd September from 8.30 to 9.00pm.  All new members are very welcome.   Circuit training will recommence on Monday 9th September from 8.30pm to 9.30pm for 10 weeks. ** Update for all our marathon entries** Registration/number collection from St. Michael’s Hall Craughwell from 8.30am on Saturday morning. Run starts at 9.30am sharp – no late starters.
