I came across this photograph today from a cross country a few years ago in Ballinamore that featured our U18 200m champion Sinead Treacy. Given SineĆ”d’s recent success in winning the National U18 indoor 200m and coming so close to the National record, I thought the photo might inspire others to understand that it wasn’t all that easy on the way up!

Things are moving along at speed in regard to our ambitious facility plans to purchase and develop an 8-acre site adjacent to the school. Our recent EGM approved the addition of important clauses to allow the club to register as a tax-exempt sports body with the Revenue Commissions and to allow the club to appoint Trustees and to raise loans.
