Strong Performances at Connacht XC Day 1

World Speedgolf Champion Rob Hogan and Connacht Novice Mens Champion Peadar Harveyat the Connacht Cross Country Championships in Longford There were some gutsy performances at day 1 of the Connacht Cross Country Championships which were held in Moyne Community College, Longford last weekend. Emily Miskella led the U12 girls to team bronze in their 2000m with an 8th place finish followed by Jade Moorhead 13th, Saoirse Moore 20th and Rebekah Flynn 28th.

Run for Mary 5km Run/Jog/Walk on Saturday 7th November 2015 The 2015 Run for Mary 5K Run-Walk-Jog will take place at 12 noon on Saturday November 7th in Peterswell, Co Galway. All athletes – runners, joggers and walkers of all ages and abilities – are welcome to attend this memorial event.
