The event saw its highest ever participation with 1463 children entered and 765 taking part in the West Division races and 613 in the East races. The club had such a fantastic day on Saturday at our Yeats College Colour Run and Xyea Family 5k and with the Operation Transformation team. Fit4Life Autumn 2016

Fit4life Autumn term starts the 14th of September, Wednesday night at 7.30 and Saturday morning at 9, from Senior club track. Registration from 7.00-7.30 on Wednesday 14th.  First F4L session will begin that evening so have your running gear on! 10 weeks running with a team leader, training plan and a 5k time trial at the end of term. €40 for the 10 weeks and a fitter, happier healthy you.
