We are sending two men's teams to Dublin on Sunday to wade through the volcanic ash in the Bupa 10k on Sunday.  Keep an eye out for us on the TV at 1:30 on RTE2 on Sunday.  We'll be leaving the hall in Craughwell at 10AM so any athletes from other clubs are welcome to join us for the car-pool and chat.
