The Athlone half marathon took place yesterday at St. Aloysius college Athlone. Known as the ‘flatline’ with a total elevation gain of just 79 metres it’s a great race for PB’s. 

Craughwell AC had some great results from yesterday Tom Tuohy first home with a time of 1.33. Geraldine Farrelly had a great run with a new PB with 1:44:26 on the clock, well done Geraldine.

Rena Deely came in with a time of 1:48:07 Katie Gorman next with 1:48:24, Breda Duke with a PB of 1:54:39, Irene Fallon 1:59:24 and Cepta Daley 2:01:12, Siobhan Niland in at 2:07:22 great to see back racing. Well done again everyone.
