The Connacht Even-ages and Senior Cross Country Championship took place in Drumshanbo, Co.Leitrim. Set in a spectacular setting, the course was perhaps the most challenging in recent memory. Athletes from the club had a fantastic day at the Connacht Schools Multi-Events today in Athlone’s International Arena. Both Evan Hallinan and Jade Moorhead were in scintillating form in the 60m hurdles early in the day with both athletes breaking or equaling the club’s U20 record for the event.
