A large group of Craughwell AC athletes from the club's older juvenile ages are embarking on the club's most adventurous undertaking to date – a club trip to compete in the Scottish Indoor Track & Field in Kelvin Hall in Glasgow.

27 athletes will travel to compete in what will be for most of them, their first taste of international competition. The main group will depart on Friday and return on Sunday. Athletes, coaches and parents are eagerly looking foward to the trip which promises to be an exciting weekend.

Several athletes will have genuine medal aspirations in Scotland while many will be chasing PBs in their chosen events. The group have been preparing diligently for this weekend since October and hopefully will be rewarded with PBs and an unforgettable experience.
