Its that time of year again when area Community Games kick off. The following are the local ones coming up:-

• Sunday 13th April: Athenry Community Games, 1.30pm, Carnaun
• Monday 5th May: Craughwell Community Games, 3pm, Gilligan Park
• Monday 5th May: Ardrahan Community Games, 1pm, Ardrahan GAA Pitches
• tbd: Clarinbridge Community Games
• Tuesday 29th April: Oranmore/Maree Community Games, 6pm, field behind Church
• tbd: Carrabane Community Games

The program for the Craughwell area will be roughly similar to last year but I will produce update next week.

The Galway finals will be held on 1/2 June in Ballindereen.

For those interested in cross-country, it is being held on 15th June in Tuam this year. The later than usual date is because the National finals have moved into August, the weekend of 16/17 August. The track & field finals take place the following weekend 23/24 August.
