NB: Participants warming up must do so in a safe and controlled manner. Under no circumstances should participants restrict the free flow of traffic in any way prior to the event. Please note that there are no road closures for this event. All participants must use the LEFT SIDE of the road at all times. All participants must pay particular care to remain on the LEFT SIDE of the main road R349, please obey marshals when crossing road at Rathgorgin(m4) and Dunsandle(m7).

10 Mile Race Route Start at railway bridge at Templemartin, through Craughwell village, up Ballymore, Ballywinna, Moyode demesne to R349, follow along R349 passing by Kilconieron, Cregg, Holypark, Carrownamorrissey and turning onto return loop at Dunsandle crossroads down Glebe, Ballynageeragh, Ganty and finishing at Ballymore outside Gilligan GAA park.
10K Race Route Start at railway bridge at Templemartin, through Craughwell village, up Ballymore, turn back at Ballywinna and return through Ballymore passing graveyard, looping around Garracloon South and turning at Ganty Cross heading back to finish at Ballymore outside Gilligan GAA park.
