Well done again to all the folk that competed in the 5k on Tuesday. I took a rough video of the race and it’s below. There is probably some more good footage as well from Tony’s lead car but I haven’t round to meeting him yet to get it. Maybe there will be another version in the future! Very well done again – with special mention due to Mayo AC’s Catherine Conway who set a new female course record of an excellent 17:34, beating Regina Casey’s old mark by a few seconds.
