Buses can park in Londis Supermarket car park which is 400ms from course.

Athletes can be dropped near gate and buses can proceed to car park.

Approaching from Galway and the East follow the dual carriageway in towards Sligo passing Collooney roundabout.

Watch for signs on left for Strandhill and Ballisodare as the exit is the next on the left about 2 miles further on.

Exit the motorway where signs for Carraroe and proceed to a roundabout. Take the second exit following signs for Racecourse and Sligo Park Hotel.

Pass the Sligo Park Hotel on the right and proceed to a set of traffic lights Go through lights for 30 ms and get ready to turn right down by Sligo Cemetery.

Proceed to the end of the road where you come to the Racecourse. Buses can drop athletes ans proceed to Londis Supermarket.

There is on street parking but please no parking on green ares Areas near houses.

There is parking in thr Racecourse for officials.
