FIT FOR LIFE We had a fantastic group of about 40 runners at last terms Fit for life , they were a very dedicated group and made huge personal improvements to their fitness – SOME ARE PARTICIPATING IN THIS YEARS 5KM SERIES which is super.

We are now delighted to announce that the next 8 week module is starting again on wednesday 3rd may at 7.30 thanks to our dedicated volunteer coaches……registration is beforehand starting at 7.00 , cost is €35 for the term. It will be structured training on wednesday’s and “meet and train” on monday’s finishing with a local 5km road race event at the end of the term.
