Fit4Life 5K end of Term 1,
Congratulations to all our Fit4Life members who took part in the end of term 5 K this morning .For some it was a first time out on the road so very well done to you.
The Weather was perfectly well behaved, slightly overcast but comfortably warm, the sun held off for most of the run and duly shone on all at the finish.
38 members set off at 10:00 sharp and started to arrive at the finish less than 26 minutes later. Sinead’s group is plus 00:08:11 FYI.
