Fit4life restarts on Tuesday 29th January 2008 at  Craughwell National School from 8.30 pm. 

The term will run for 10 weeks finishing with a 5 km walk/run and costs 20 euro.

 There will be 2 sessions available to you this term.  Tuesday at 8.30 pm and Saturday at 9.30 am.  We hope to add another session on a Thursday once the evenings get brighter. 

Anyone wishing to take part needs to register with Craughwell AC or any other AAI Club.  Annual fee 20 euro and necessary to cover Insurance. If you wish to sign up please complete and return the Craughwell AC registration form or bring it along with your fee on the first night.
