"Any news from Gerry Ryan?" is a question every Galway runner often hears when the popular Attymon man hasn't been seen on the road for a while.  After a tough year from injury, Gerry has been back doing some steady training and decided to test himself against the guaranteed high quality field of the Dunshaughlin 10k last Saturday. The results are here:

Gerry found the race tough going as the conditions were hot, however his time of 31:08 is unbelievable and was enough to seal second place overall just ahead of former winner Vinny Mulvey who himself is on the injury comeback trail, and over two minutes ahead the next man in his age category.  Great to see you back Gerry!
