Hit the track this summer!

Hit the track this summer!

It's the summer of the olympics and everyone with half an interest in athletics will turn their eyes to the track, marvelling at the amazing men and women that represent the peak of human abilities.  You might wonder what it would be like to run a track 100m, throw a javelin or even post a true pb for 5k (many experienced athletes wil tell you that despite the best efforts of road measurers, the only pb that counts is the track pb).

You won't be able to run like Bolt, but you can pose like him if you want!
