Well done to Martin Corcoran who put in a strong run to come home as 2nd over 40 in the Adare 10K last weekend.  Another excellent performance that caught my eye was that of Ian Egan who just pipped Martin – this is by far the fastest 10K I can remember Ian running for over two years and shows a great return to form for him.
