Provisional results of F4L 5k 22 Feb 09
Thanks to all who helped out today, pacers, marshalls, administrators ect and a special thanks to everyone who took part from local clubs: 33 Craughwell AC, 30 GCH , 19 Athenry AC, 4 Tuam AC, 1 Clare River Harriers & 1 Loughrea AC well done one and all! Photos to follow.
We had an 87 strong turnout for our third Fit4Life Time Trial.
Peter o Sullivan stormed home in a very impressive 19:30 after having already raced the same course only two hours before in an unofficial time of 18:53, well done to Peter! Great pre Connemara blowouts!
Some of the more notable runs on the day are below and all are showing some impressive improvements by Craughwell athletes since November's run with our own Sharon Gilligan also taking the 1st spot for the ladies making it a Craughwell AC male & female 1-2. Cracking work Sharon!
