In an attempt to ease the hardship of running on roads, the Senior Squad have decided to switch to Renville Park for our Sunday Morning run.

As usual, the meeting time is 8:30AM, and though Renville is further away all are agreed that it is a nicer venue for a run.  We do laps of the 2.3-mile loop so you have your choice of how many laps you want to do.
