We had 10 hardy runners take part in the time trial on Sunday at 9am. Times were as follows:

We hope to set up a regular run like this so that people can work towards improving their PB (personal best) time. We’re talking of having a series of these 2 or 3 weeks apart. We have to discuss it some more and will send update on it in about a week’s time.
