For anyone that doesn’t know who Bernard Lagat is, he is an absolute legend of the track – right up there with the greatest of all time, and a hugely popular cult figure in the running community. As an example, he set the awesome Kenyan 1500m record (3:26!) 13 years ago and it still stands to this day! If I were you Rob I’d frame it and put it on your mantelpiece right center on your Gaylord Focker wall of fame – this is the bigtime right there!
