Due to the continued rainfall I am afraid we will be cancelling our Speedwork session on the track tonight Wednesday the18th and also Fit4life is cancelled tomorrow night Thursday the 19 & Saturday morning the 21^st 

We will keep an eye on conditions and review this again next week.
