I came across this photograph today from a cross country a few years ago in Ballinamore that featured our U18 200m champion Sinead Treacy.

Given Sineád’s recent success in winning the National U18 indoor 200m and coming so close to the National record, I thought the photo might inspire others to understand that it wasn’t all that easy on the way up!
