Best of luck to all of our athletes who are taking part – we have a huge contingent going in and hopefully everyone enjoys the experience and comes away happy with their performances. Arrive in plenty of time for your events ,,, 9.15am at the latest for anyone in action at 10am.

All of our young athletes should remember that if they run faster, jump further or throw further than they have ever done before, thats a brilliant success and winning a medal is just a nice bonus. Only a few athletes in each event will win medals but lots of athletes can get new personal bests or come close to it and have great fun when doing so.

So best of luck everyone and hopefully the weather will be nice to us!
