|fit4Life sessions – suitable for people getting into running or who just want to enjoy getting out with company. Suitable for people who run 5ks in 25 min+, or who don’t really mind how fast they run them! Location: Coleman’s track.||Brian Matthews|
|Wed 7:30||Senior club sessions. These sessions are suitable for more experienced road runners who are keen to improve their personal bests over 5km and longer distances. Location: Coleman’s track.||Aoife Callanan|
|Tue 7:45, Thu 7:45, Fri 5:15||Junior/Senior Middle-Distance/XC Sessions. Mark and Lisa’s sessions have a mix of Juniors and Seniors and are tailored to people targetting middle and long distance for track and cross country racing. Location: Athletics Park.||Mark Davis|
|Fri 6:00||Senior Sprint Sessions. We have a brilliant group of adult sprinters and technical eventers of all ages, led by coach Ronnie Warde as part of his own training. The times tend to change with the seasons, but for more details contact Ronnie. Location: Athletics Park.||Ronnie Warde|
|Sunday Long Runs||Long easy runs. These runs take place from various locations around the weekend and generally have an easy social feel. One of the longest standing groups runs from the front gates of Kilcornan every Sunday morning at 9:00AM. All are welcome!||Mark Davis|
