Just a minor note on this in order to avoid embarassment to members when requested to leave the school grounds.

We aren't permitted to use the track around the astroturf during school hours … up to 4.30pm on a school day.

The original agreement between the school and the Craughwell Community Sports Group is that the school have exclusive use of the track and astroturf area each school day up to 4.30pm and CCSG schedule its usage after that.

Please adhere to this as it formed the basis for the CCSG being able to obtain a lease on the track/astroturf area.
